Continuous Quality Improvement is a never-ending process, aimed to improve all aspects of emergency medical service delivery. CQI365 identifies areas for improvement within the EMS System. The CQI process identifies training opportunities, highlights outstanding clinical performance, audits compliance with treatment protocols, and reviews specific illnesses or injuries along with their associated treatments.
CQI365 works with EMS Agencies to develop a customized assessment matrix that meets their specific needs. Each month agencies get a detailed report on the review of each call as well as recommendations and monthly statistics.
